Care Tuner Migraine App wins Best Mobile App in MobileWebAwards
Past winners include Volvo, Goldman Sachs, State Farm, Accenture, WebMD/Medscape
Philadelphia, PA, December 7, 2021 – The Care Tuner migraine app was named “Best Mobile Industry Mobile Application” in the 9th annual MobileWebAwards, presented by the Web Marketing Association for outstanding achievement in mobile development.
The WMA MobileWebAwards competition honors the world’s best mobile websites, responsive websites, and mobile apps. To determine the winners, competition judges apply their in-depth understanding of state-of-the-art mobile development and design to evaluate each entry based on the following criteria: creativity, impact, design, content, interactivity,
ease of use, and use of the medium. Each entry is first assessed based on industry classification, then across all industries to determine overall excellence. Past recipients of the Best Mobile Industry Mobile App award include Volvo, Goldman Sachs, State Farm, Accenture, and WebMD/Medscape.
Care Tuner received the award for its multifaceted digital health platform for migraine management, created in partnership with Arcweb Technologies. Its approach combines web, mobile, and e-commerce to help more people effectively manage migraine in a way that fits into their daily lives. Using a combination of rapid prototyping, user-testing, and software engineering, Care Tuner was able to design and deliver an integrated digital wellness platform that gives users a personalized migraine management plan based on proprietary Jefferson Headache Center methodology, as well as a mobile experience that incorporates relief activities, lifestyle changes, and educational resources – all designed specifically for people who experience migraine.
